Daniel Kerr - Florida Man Arrested On Charges Of Molesting A 7- Year-Old Girl

Palm Bay, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Daniel Kerr, a 48 year old Palm Bay, Florida man was arrested on accusations that he repeatedly molested a 7-year-old girl. He told the victim that if she told anyone, "he wouldn't let her touch him any more."

According to Palm Bay police, Kerr was arrested Monday on three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation after the 7-year-old victim told a babysitter that Kerr allowed her to touch him inappropriately and perform lewd acts on him.

Authorities say the alleged incidences occurred at least three times over the past three months. Investigators believe the molestations took place when the child's adoptive mother left town on business.

The victim told Palm Bay detectives that Kerr had threatened that he wouldn't allow the girl to touch him anymore if she told someone.

"There are no words for this type of abuse," said Palm Bay Police Det. Greg Guillette. "This man actually made this child believe that this type of behaviour is acceptable. It's disgusting and shameful and hopefully the court system will not be lenient," he added.

Police have characterized the investigation as ongoing and indicated that Kerr might be in possession of child pornography. Many times a statement like this indicates that a search or seizure warrant has been sought for the accused person's computer and/or other personal effects in order to have them analyzed for child pornography in a crime lab.

Daniel Kerr has been charged with three felony counts of child molestation. The charges carry the possibility of life in prison without parole if convicted.

Perhaps now, Kerr will have the opportunity to play 'hide the monkey' with his new friends in the state penn. No play for Mr. Gray won't be an worry for Kerr there. I'm sure they'll give him lots of 'touching'. On the other hand, that severe case of bed head might even ward off the most 'hardened' criminal. No pun intended.
