Virginia Johnson - Arrested On Charges Of Raping And Assaulting Teenaged Daughter For Child Porn Material

Akron, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) -- Every day we get visitors who are friends of some of the people we feature, proclaiming their pal's innocence. I KNOW this person, they say. There's no way this person could have done it, they insist.

Well take a look at the 'every day' gal above who could easily pass as Dudley Do-Right's twin sister. Could she be a sexual predator? Nah, just look at her. Seems like a pretty nice lady eh? Read on.

Virginia Johnson, a 38 year old Uniontown, Ohio mother of two has been arrested and charged with rape, permitting child abuse, sexual battery, disseminating material involving a minor and unlawful restraint.

It turns out that Virginia, just like most of the other loathsome perverts we feature every day, had a dark side. We might say she had an evil side, but if she were smiling - you would never know it.

Summit County Sheriff's detectives began an investigation into Johnson's alleged behavior when they received a report claiming that Virginia and her boyfriend, 40 year old Stephen Brothers, were sexually assaulting Virginia's teenage daughter.

Summit County detectives executed a search warrants on the homes of both parties, recovering computers, cameras, hard drives and various recorded media on April 22nd.

Police say Johnson used her daughter to record various illegal sexual acts and then distributed the material over the Internet. Police also stated that the alleged abuse was ongoing, beginning approximately 3 years ago.

Virginia doesn't seem quite so friendly now we're sure - but aren't you wondering where her boyfriend Stephen's mugshot is?

Well there is no mug shot. Six days after investigators started analyzing the material they recovered from the homes of these two slugs, Stephen committed suicide. We suspect he had no problem raping Virginia's daughter, but was too wobbly kneed to take a raping in the jail cell he was evidently headed for.

Luckily police arrested Virginia Johnson before she could follow suit on the suicide idea.

After her arraignment in Barberton Municipal Court today, Johnson was promptly returned to her jail cell, where she is being held on a $100,000 bond. If she makes bail, we'd be curious to see if she has the fortitude to hang in there a little longer. Perhaps her future cell mates could put together a little production of their own.

Now this goes beyond being a sexual deviant.

Sounds like she watched her friend rape her own daughter, and then took photos of it for the Internet.

This woman is twisted in ways the are beyond criminal - nasty.

And, again, why don't we just execute them...... They don't deserve to live...

I hope she gets what she deserves in prison.....

When I read responses to stories like this, I am always left sadly shaking my head. I believe in the rule of law and I believe that for the word “justice” to mean anything it has to be just and humane. The only thing that morally allows us to sit in judgment over fellow members of our societies is the fact the we, collectively, hold ourselves and our society to a higher standard of behavior than that which criminals allow themselves to sink to. Where am I going with this? Obviously, (assuming the allegations are proven) this woman is a loathsome criminal and deserves to be punished within the limits of just and reasonable laws. She lives, however, in a democracy, not some medieval tyranny (modern or historical). In just democratic societies we don’t cut off the hands of thieves, brand people’s faces for crimes or burn them alive. No court in a just society would sentence someone to be raped or otherwise sexually abused as punishment for a crime either. No law would be passed by our legislators to that effect; no judge would remain on the bench who tried to sentence a convicted person to such abasement. I have to condemn the opinion of anyone who would suggest that a person be punished in such a way, even when they suggest, with a nudge and a wink, that such punishment be carried out by prison inmates. The only thing that allows us the right to judge a person, such as the accused in this story, and the only thing that separates us from tyrants, is the ability and obligation to put ourselves above their behaviour and hold ourselves to a higher moral standard than them.
