Hutchison, KS. (The Weekly Vice) -- Adelghun Khinde Johnson, a 45 year old woman was arrested and charged with aggravated battery for chewing off part of her husband's finger.
According to police, the woman hit her husband David several times during an argument the two had gotten into on Saturday night. When David Johnson tried to push his wife away, he she allegedly grabbed his hand and bit off the end of his finger.
"She then grabbed his right hand and bit the tip of the index finger off at the first joint. We could not find the finger." according to Reno County Lt. Clay Rothe
Authorities can only speculate that the woman swallowed the finger, since there were unable to find the missing digit at the scene.
Adelghun Johnson was arrested on charges of aggravated batter and then released on a $5,000 bond. She is expected to make her first appearance on Friday in Reno County District Court.
