Quincy, Mass. (The Weekly Vice) -- Norman J. Finizio II, a 46 year old special education teacher at Quincy High School in Quincy, Massachusetts has been arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
Police are investigating Finizio after allegations surfaced that the teacher molested a 9 year old girl in his home.
According to police, the victim told her mother about the alleged activities. The mother then contacted authorities.
The girl told police that 'Norman' would always put the pornography movies on his computer screen to watch. She also stated that they always "played school" in his office, according to court documents.
Court documents went on to say that Finizio explained to the 9 year old what happens when a man likes a woman, further explaining how his body changes.
The girl's mother told police that she had confronted Finizio at one point, by which Finizio allegedly stated that he may have 'crossed the line', but that he only made the statements because he is a teacher and kids come to him.
Quincy School Superintendent Richard DiCristofaro said he had Finizio escorted from the school by the resource officer and director of security and safety when he learned of the situation.
Authorities became aware of the allegations on Monday of last week and obtained an arrest warrant in the case on the following Thursday.
Police have also reportedly obtained a warrant to search Finizio's home, where they recovered items including Finizio's computer.
Norman Finizio is currently being held without bond until a Wednesday hearing. He has also been placed on paid administrative leave by the school.

Mr. Finizio was sentenced for only 2.5 years. He pleaded guilty and is now in the Plymouth house of Correction. He is now a LEVEL II sex offender. His residence is 1 White Island Road in Halifax, MA. The police also found during thier investigation pictures of naked young girls taken in his home. He also had an exstensive collection of child porn. Beware when he gets out eventually he will do it again.
