Vivian, Louisiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Monica Michelle Martin, a 27 year old substitute teacher at North Caddo High School in Vivian, Louisiana has been arrested on accusations that she had an ongoing sexual relationship with a male student.
According to police, Martin met the teen while she was a substituted at the school which continued from March of this year up until recently.
Police say the the two met at Martin's apartment, a Bossier City motel and other various locations, where they engaged in sexual contact. Martin also allegedly paid a parking ticket for the teen and purchased a cell phone for him so the two could remain in contact.
Monica M. Martin has been charged with 'prohibited sexual conduct between an educator and student' and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Upon her arrest, she was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center where she later posted bond.
