Temecula, Calif. (The Weekly Vice) -- Eve Victoria Pierson, a 37 year old special education teacher at Rancho Vista High School in Temecula, California has been charged with two counts of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18.
Police were contacted by school officials after a suspicious note had been found in a paper shredder basket. The note was taped back together to revealing a possible improper relationship that was going on between Pierson and a male student.
Investigators learned that Pierson had sent sexually suggestive text messages the student. A search warrant of Pierson's cell phone reveal that the teacher logged multiple cell phone calls to the student's phone as well.
When investigators asked Pierson why she called and/or messaged the teen, she replied "I don't know. We were just kind of flirting and playing."
According to court records, the teen told investigators that Pierson kissed him in a car. He told police that he was puzzled why the teacher would do that when she has a husband and kids.
Pierson will be arraigned in court on Thursday and his been placed on unpaid leave by the school.
