After the report, police patrolled the neighborhood, keeping a watch on the woman's home. That's when they caught Jones peeping once again.
"He indicated that he had watched a woman there at the house get dressed," said Capt. Gary Cox said.
According to police, Jones also admitted to peeping on another home in the area. He told police that he peeped a number of times, jogging back and forth between homes.
Police arrested Jones on charges of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to a $150 fine.
The mother said she thinks Jones was trying to watch her daughters get dressed and she is worried about what he might do to kids in the future.

A very sick man to do this, and to think our kids were under his direction and did he do more than be an assistant principal at Garcia? Like he stood for all that was good. Ha! What a creep, to be a part of teaching our children, and what else did he do to our children? You have to now wonder did this man have access to locker rooms boys or girls, OMG.. And this was not his first time! Glad he lost his job, but a measley little 150.00 fine? Boy, that man has something on somebody I would say. This may open up a whole new can of worms. I took my child out of Garcia because of the preferencial treatment some children got and if you were not of that race you were an outcast by one of the pricipals, ahem,, wont mention any names but she is not at this school this year!!! Wonder what poor kids she will attack this year? Sure glad my child is out of the reach of public schools along with many other parents!!!
He was my principle for Garcia and resigned when I was in seventh grade. Now I'm in Austin high right next to garcia. Time flies ;/
Mr. Jones always touched me inappropriately, but I was too scared to say anything. It really relieves me to know he's finally been put where he belongs.
