UPDATE:Jennifer has plead guilty (June 5) to two felony charges of attempted forcible sexual abuse. She is scheduled to be sentenced on July 28.
Richard has plead no contest (June 14th) to misdemeanor using or displaying a dangerous weapon in a fight.

Payson, UT (The Weekly Vice) -- Jennifer Gonzales, a 32 year old teacher at Mount Nebo Junior High School has been arrested for having sex with a minor. Her husband, Richard Gonzales was also arrested in the altercation that ensued after he caught them.
Jennifer Gonzales, a junior high teacher was arrested and charged with having unlawful sex with a minor after police say she had sex with a 16 year old student who attends a different school.
According to court documents, Richard Gonzales came home early from work to find his wife and the teen downstairs with candles and oils. He told police he saw the teen run into a bathroom while pulling his pants up. His wife, who was topless, also pulled her pants up, he told police.
While the two were still together, Richard grabbed a gun and gave chase to the cheatin' heart teacher and her teenage lover who scrambled for their lives.
Police say that they became aware of the altercation when Jennifer Gonzales contacted Payson police to report her husband had pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her.
Police have now charged Richard Gonzales with aggravated assault.
Nebo School District spokeswoman Lana Hiskey said Gonzales is on paid leave pending the outcome of her case. Jennifer Gonzales has worked at the school since 2005.
She has also been released from the Utah County jail on a $10,000 bond.

Why is Richard arrested? He should be hailed as a hero for stopping a predator from attacking a child. Give him a citation and a medal.
