Snieszko didn't do anything wrong. I talked with his closest friend at school and that happens to be the teacher in the room right next to him. And they both take out groups of kids to go kayaking, see wildlife, and all sorts of things. They're both really friendly people. Snieszko has always been talked about by girls since he started working at Gibbs. I'll even admit he's a cutie. But what had happened is Snieszko did take the girl to the zoo, nothing romantic, he used passes he had for the zoo, & the girl lied to her mother about what they were doing. So when the girl got home she told her mother, & to avoid getting in trouble with her, she made up all these lies that Snieszko was being inappropriate. The teacher I was talking to knows Snieszko better than anybody else you hear talking about what happened. The only thing Snieszko did wrong was taking a student out alone in his car. That was unprofessional, & he can get in a little bit of trouble for that. But it's not worth him losing his job over, & of course being considered a felon.
I agree I am student at Gibbs High school and I didnt have him as a teacher but I went to see all of the cool animals he has in his class. He is an awesome teacher and he even taught me some stuff I didnt know about the animals he has in his class. It was not professional for him to be in a car alone with a student but I dont think he should pretty much lose his life over it. I can personally say everyone at Gibbs has got his back.
Wise up. He took an underage girl out and sent her "romantic" text messages 3 different ways. Real teachers don't do crap like that, sexual predators do. What did you expect his friend to say? Quit being fooled just because he was nice and cute. Yank his license and send him to prison.
The state has no case against him for what he's been charged with and they know it. that's why they're pleading for more people to come forward. Interference with custody is defined by state law in chapter 787.03 paragraph 2 as a malicious intent to deprive the legal custodian of custody, which he has not done. The only thing he is guilty of is Luring or enticing a child which is a first degree misdemeaner, not a felony. This guy will be off the hook in no time, maybe not teaching, but definately not in prison.

have a great day! :)
