Neptune, New Jersey (The Weekly Vice) -- Alexis Anderson, a 24 year old former science who teacher at Neptune Middle School in New Jersey has been indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury and charged with Child Endangerment.
According to Neptune Police, Anderson engaged in sexual phone conversations with a 14 year old student who attended her eighth grade science class. Authorities say the conversations took place over a span of six months, beginning in January of 2007 until July of the same year.
During the investigation, police believe Anderson engaged in sexually explicit phone conversations on several occasions, most of which occurred over cell phones after school hours.
An investigation into the alleged behavior began in July, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Luis Valentin. Anderson resigned from her teaching position shortly after learning about the investigation.
Responding to the recent indictment, Anderson turned herself in at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office. She was booked and released a short time later.
If convicted of the charge, she could face up to 10 years in jail.
Story still developing...

Does any one really think she will get the same time a guy who did the same thing? I personally suspect not. More so if she is pretty.
